The Lyrids will peak (April 21-22). In dark skies, it’s a moderately active meteor shower that produces 10 to 20 meteors per hour.

Normally, the peak happens in the predawn hours. However, there’s a bright Moon in the sky on the peak morning, so it will be best to watch in the late evening, 10:30 P.M. April 21 until moonrise 1:56 A.M on the morning of April 22.

it’s a waning Moon, you might also try watching in the late evening of April 22 until dawn on April 23. Even if the Moon’s out, it’s still worth heading out to try and spot some shooting stars if your skies are clear!
