FAQ
- ❓ Why can’t I see my water usage from today?
Water usage data isn’t updated in real-time. The system refreshes every night at midnight with information from the previous day. So, today’s water use will show up tomorrow. - ❓ What if I enter the wrong account number or email?
If your information doesn’t match what’s in our system, you’ll see an alert with instructions. Double-check your account number and email, then try again. - ❓ Can I see older water usage data?
Yes! Use the arrows on the usage chart to go back and look at past data, one month or 30 days at a time. - ❓ What if I see a big spike in water use?
A sudden increase could mean a leak or something using more water than usual. Check your home for running toilets, dripping faucets, or outdoor watering systems. - ❓ Can I download or print my water usage info?
Yes! Just click the printer icon to print out your current view. - ❓ Is my account information safe?
Yes! We take your privacy seriously. You can read our full privacy policy by clicking the link below the form.
